Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed through Vouch, it is immediately forwarded to the brand.
Cancellations are not guaranteed and depend entirely on whether the brand allows cancellations after order confirmation.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us at [support@vouch.social] as soon as possible. We’ll check with the brand and do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Each brand on Vouch has its own return and exchange policy—some accept returns for select items, others do not, especially for hygiene-related or made-to-order products.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at [support@vouch.social] with your order ID and reason. We will coordinate with the brand and guide you through their process.
Note: Return shipping fees (if any) and timelines will be as per the brand’s own policy.
Refunds
If your return is approved by the brand, your refund will be processed by the brand, either to your original payment method or as store credit (depending on the brand’s policy).
Please allow up to 7–10 business days after brand confirmation for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
In cases where the brand issues store credit or coupons instead of refunds, Vouch cannot override this.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incomplete, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
We’ll raise the issue with the brand and help facilitate a resolution per their guidelines—either a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
Personal care or hygiene products
Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
Customized or made-to-order products
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
